Shipping & Delivery time
We deliver free of cost all over Pakistan. Because our main aim is to facilitate all valuable customers as much as we can.
We normally take five to seven working days in all over Pakistan. We dispatch orders very next working day if the product is in stock. If the product is out of stock, we will inform you of the best estimated time of dispatch through a call or email.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
If you are not happy with your order in any capacity whatsoever, ZNFA Leather offers exchange and return under these following conditions:
- The item can be returned inside 7 days after receiving your order.
- The item should be in its original/ actual condition.
- Delivery charges paid by ZNFA Leather will be deducted from all refunds (except if the item was not as guaranteed)
- If a customer is not satisfied with any aspect of their order and wishes to exchange the product for another item, ZNFA Leather will gladly accommodate the request. The customer will need to cover the delivery charges for returning the original product as well as for the delivery of the new item.
- ZNFA Leather won’t refund the expense caused by the client in returning the item.
- Refund or exchange will be handled once ZNFA Leather has received the first item and confirmed its actual condition.
- It would be ideal if you guarantee that returned or exchanged item is packed in its actual packaging so it doesn’t get damage. ZNFA Leather won’t return or exchange you if the item shows up in damaged or used condition.
